Licensed Therapist (LPC / LCSW)

Visiting Wellness is seeking compassionate Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) or Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) to provide home-based behavioral health services in Hazleton, PA.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy

• Complete assessments and treatment plans

• Maintain timely clinical documentation

• Collaborate with families and the clinical care team

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field

• Active Pennsylvania State LPC or LCSW license

• Experience working with children and adolescents preferred

• Strong communication and clinical skills
