As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA), you’ll provide hands-on support, companionship, and everyday assistance to seniors and vulnerable adults who want to remain safely and comfortably in their own homes.

What You'll Do

As a PCA, your responsibilities may include:

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Provide companionship and meaningful conversation

• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry

• Provide medication reminders and assistance with daily routines

• Assist with transportation and errands when needed

• Help clients maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life

• Communicate with families and our care team regarding client needs

• Follow Right at Home's standards for safe, compassionate care

What We're Looking For

We’re looking for a reliable and compassionate Personal Care Assistant who is genuinely in it for the right reasons and wants to make a difference in the lives of our clients.

• PCA, caregiver, or home care experience preferred, but not required

• Experience as a Personal Care Assistant is a plus

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Must have current auto insurance

• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening

• Dependable, professional, and compassionate

• Comfortable working independently in clients' homes

• A genuine desire to help seniors and vulnerable adults
