Licensed Mental Health Clinician (LPC, LMFT, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist)
Job Summary:

As a Licensed Mental Health Clinician (LPC, LMFT, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist), you will be part of a dynamic team that provides high-quality clinical services to improve the quality of life for older adult patients in long-term care and rehabilitation centers.
Responsibilities:
Provide individual and group therapy to patients with various mental health conditions, including cognitive impairment, depression, anxiety, and behavioral disturbances
Conduct comprehensive psycho-social assessments to identify patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Monitor patients' progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain accurate and detailed records
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and interdisciplinary conferences to stay current with best practices and guidelines
Demonstrate a strong commitment to patient-centered care, empathy, and cultural sensitivity
Requirements:
Currently licensed in Connecticut as a LPC, LMFT, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist
Master's or doctoral degree in a relevant field, such as mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, or psychology
Strong clinical experience in geriatric mental health, with a focus on older adults
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
