Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, to clients in their homes

• Assist with daily living activities, such as medication management, meal preparation, and light housekeeping

• Monitor and report changes in clients' condition to our interdisciplinary care team

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and caregivers

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care services and communications

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or related healthcare experience

• Completion of a state-approved Home Health Aide training program

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds, and stand for extended periods

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate and patient demeanor
