Your Role as Recreation Aide

• Organize and lead recreational activities such as games, crafts, music sessions, and group events

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Prior experience in long-term care or working with older adults preferred

• Energetic, personable, and enthusiastic about making a difference

• Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset

• Physical ability to assist residents as needed and support activity setup
