Floor Tech

Excel Care Wilmington, a leading provider of rehabilitation and healing services, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Floor Tech to join our Environmental Services team in a skilled nursing facility setting. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, staff, and visitors.

NIGHT SHIFT.

Floor Tech Responsibilities:

• Perform floor care duties including stripping, waxing, buffing, and burnishing

• Operate and maintain floor care equipment such as buffers, scrubbers, and extractors

• Ensure all areas are maintained to high cleanliness standards

• Follow all safety and infection control procedures

• Support housekeeping team as needed

Floor Tech Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Floor Tech, preferably in a healthcare or nursing home setting

• Knowledge of proper floor care techniques and equipment

• Ability to work independently and efficiently

• Strong attention to detail and reliability
