Caregiver (Care Partner)

Caregiver (Care Partner)
Unique Care for Unique Needs

At Village Green, we do things a little differently—and we’re proud of that.

We are a small, boutique-style memory care community focused on creating a true home for our residents, not just a place to live. Our team is hands-on, our leadership is present, and our care is deeply personal. We’re looking for caregivers who genuinely care—the kind of people who show up with heart, patience, and a willingness to make someone’s day better.

What you’ll be doing:
As a Care Partner, you’ll be part of our universal worker model—meaning you’ll be involved in all aspects of daily life in the home:

• Assisting residents with daily care (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)

• Supporting residents during meals and helping create a family-style dining experience

• Light housekeeping to keep our home clean and comfortable

• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and conversations

• Being present, attentive, and kind—this is the most important part

What we’re looking for:

• A compassionate, patient, and dependable person

• Someone who takes pride in their work and shows up for their team

• Positive attitude and willingness to jump in where needed

• Experience in caregiving or memory care is a plus, but not required—we will train the right person

Why Village Green?

• Smaller, more personal setting—you’re not just a number here

• Supportive leadership that is actually present and involved

• A team that works together and holds each other accountable

• Opportunity to grow within the company

• A place where the work you do truly matters every single day

This is not just a job—it’s meaningful work. If you’re someone who wants to make a real difference and be part of a team that genuinely cares, we would love to meet you.
