About the Role:

We are seeking compassionate and skilled Home Care Aides to provide non-medical care and support to our clients. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Providing companionship and emotional support to clients

• Assisting with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and management of daily routines

• Maintaining accurate records of client care and services provided

• Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required (18 years or older) - required by Department of Social Services

• Active HCA (Home Care Aide registry)

• TB test

• Prior experience in home care or a related field preferred

• Ability to lift 25 pounds or more with assistance

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if applicable)

• Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
