About the Role:

• The Dietary Aide assists the dietary staff with food service operations, including food preparation, serving, and sanitation duties.

• You will work closely with our culinary team to ensure the highest quality of service and resident satisfaction.

• Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve meals and snacks to residents according to their dietary needs and preferences.

• Assist with food preparation, including cooking, baking, and assembling menu items.

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols.

• Assist with resident meal delivery and tray setup.

• Monitor and report any food allergies, special diets, or dietary restrictions.

Requirements:

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent GED

• 1 years of experience as a Dietary Aide in SNF

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
