• Develop and Manage Menus: Collaborate with our culinary team to design menus that cater to our patients' diverse dietary needs and preferences.
• Ensure Compliance: Maintain compliance with all relevant food safety and regulatory standards, such as HIPAA and OSHA.
• Manage Inventory and Supplies: Order and manage inventory, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies to maintain a clean and efficient food service environment.
• Lead and Motivate Team Members: Supervise and train a team of dietary staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional service.
