We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Registered Nurse RN Weekend Warrior to join our 3rd Shift nursing team! Weekend Warrior Schedule

• Part-Time

• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM–7:00 AM

• Every Friday, Saturday & Sunday

• Consistent weekly schedule

• Additional Weekend Warrior Incentive Pay

• Competitive base pay + applicable shift differentials

About the Role

As an RN on our 3rd Shift Weekend Warrior team, you will provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to our residents while working alongside our nursing and interdisciplinary teams. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct nursing care according to individualized resident care plans

• Administering medications and treatments

• Completing nursing assessments and clinical documentation

• Monitoring residents and identifying changes in condition

• Communicating changes to physicians and nursing leadership

• Providing wound care and other skilled nursing services as needed

• Supervising and supporting Nursing Assistants

• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team

• Helping ensure our residents receive compassionate, high-quality care throughout the night

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered North Carolina RN license

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

• Current CPR certification

• Long-term care experience preferred

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Dependable and committed to working every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 11:00 PM–7:00 AM
