Compensation

• Full-Time Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 annually (Based on experience and caseload)

• Hourly Option: $70 – $75 per hour (Based on experience)

Your Role

As a Telehealth BCBA, you'll provide remote clinical oversight and family support while helping children achieve meaningful progress through evidence-based ABA services.

Responsibilities Include:

• Teatment planning

• Providing BCBA supervision and clinical guidance

• Supporting caregivers through parent coaching and training

• Monitoring client progress and making data-driven treatment decisions

• Collaborating with families and clinical teams

• Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance standards

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification

• Virginia Licensure (or ability to obtain)

• Master's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Passion for helping children and families thrive
