Compensation

• Full-Time Salaried BCBA: $70,000-$85,000 annually (Based on experience and caseload)

• Hourly BCBA Option: $70-$75 per hour (Based on experience)

What You'll Do

• Conduct assessments and treatment planning

• Provide remote BCBA supervision and clinical oversight

• Analyze data and adjust treatment plans

• Support and coach families and caregivers

• Collaborate with treatment teams and providers

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

• Ensure ethical and evidence-based ABA services

Qualification

• Active BCBA Certification

• Virginia Licensure (or ability to obtain)

• Master's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Passion for helping children and families thrive
