We understand that every BCBA has different goals.

That's why we offer both hourly and salaried opportunities. Many clinicians prefer starting with an hourly caseload while building their schedule, then transitioning into a full-time salaried BCBA role once they reach approximately 25 billable hours per week.

This approach provides flexibility, earning potential, stability, and a clear path for long-term career growth.

What You'll Do

• Provide direct ABA services in homes, schools, community settings, and other natural environments

• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior support strategies

• Support communication, social, behavioral, and adaptive skill development

• Provide parent and caregiver coaching

• Monitor progress and make data-driven clinical decisions

• Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals involved in care

• Maintain clinical documentation and treatment records

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification

• Master's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field

• Virginia Licensure (or ability to obtain)

• Passion for direct client care and family-centered services

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Reliable transportation
