Not every BCBA wants the same career path.

Some clinicians prefer starting part-time or hourly while building a caseload. Others are looking for the stability of a full-time salaried position.

At EzCare ABA, we offer both.

Many clinicians start in an hourly role and transition into a full-time salaried BCBA position as their caseload grows to approximately 25 billable hours per week. It's a flexible approach that supports both immediate earning potential and long-term career growth.

What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver direct ABA services in homes, schools, community settings, and other natural environments

• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior support strategies

• Work closely with families and caregivers to support meaningful progress

• Monitor client outcomes and make data-driven clinical decisions

• Collaborate with schools, providers, and support teams

• Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and adaptive life skills

• Maintain accurate documentation and treatment records

What We're Looking For

• Active BCBA Certification

• Master's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field

• Virginia Licensure (or ability to obtain)

• Passion for direct clinical work

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Reliable transportation for community-based services
