Our team of over 600 clinicians provides high-quality clinical services to improve the quality of life for our older adult patients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients in long-term care and rehabilitation centers

• Conduct thorough assessments of patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams to ensure comprehensive care

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans

• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay current with best practices and developments in the field

• Demonstrate a commitment to patient-centered care and a strong understanding of the importance of mental health in overall well-being
