• We understand that every BCBA's career path looks different.

• That's why we offer both hourly and salaried opportunities. Many clinicians choose to begin with an hourly caseload while building their schedule and eventually transition into a full-time salaried BCBA position once they reach approximately 25 billable hours per week.

• This flexible model provides both immediate earning potential and long-term career stability.

What You'll Do

• Provide direct ABA therapy services in homes, schools, community settings, and other natural environments

• Implement and oversee individualized treatment plans

• Support skill acquisition, communication, social, and adaptive living goals

• Provide parent and caregiver coaching

• Make data-driven treatment decisions to support client success

• Collaborate with families and other professionals involved in the child's care

• Maintain clinical documentation and treatment records

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification

• Master's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field

• Virginia Licensure (or ability to obtain)

• Passion for direct client care and family-centered services

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Reliable transportation
