What You’ll Be Responsible ForScheduling & Operations Control

• Build and manage daily, multi-day, and recurring infusion schedules (IVIG, biologics, specialty therapies).

• Ensure every visit happens on time, with the right nurse, and the right medication.

• Make fast, smart schedule changes when patients cancel, nurses call out, or medications shift.

• Control the workflow — no gaps, no chaos, no missed treatments.

Communication & Coordination

• Be the central point of contact between patients, nurses, pharmacies, and internal teams.

• Deliver clear, confident updates when schedules change.

• Drive alignment across departments so care moves forward without friction.

Coverage & Staffing Execution

• Secure nurse coverage when schedules shift — no delays, no dropped visits.

• Balance workloads to keep nurses productive and engaged.

• Take charge during last-minute changes and keep patient care on track.

Accuracy & Compliance

• Document all scheduling activity with precision.

• Ensure visit timing aligns with physician orders and pharmacy delivery.

• Protect patient information and comply with HIPAA and company policies.

Required Experience

• Remote work experience in a structured environment

• Knowledge of IVIG, biologics, or specialty therapies
