Schedule: PRN (As Needed)

Cherry Hill Nursing and Rehab is seeking a compassionate and dedicated PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team in Westland, MI. This flexible opportunity is ideal for a skilled clinician who enjoys helping residents regain independence, improve functional abilities, and enhance their overall quality of life through individualized, patient-centered care.

What You'll Do:

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans with measurable goals

• Provide hands-on, evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to improve independence, safety, and daily functioning

• Monitor resident progress, update goals, and modify treatment plans as appropriate

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support coordinated and effective rehabilitation outcomes

• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and strategies to support continued progress

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Michigan

• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program

• Current BLS certification

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the rehabilitation and interdisciplinary teams
