River Terrace Retirement Community is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team in Bluffton, IN. This flexible opportunity is ideal for a clinician who enjoys providing personalized, patient-centered care while helping residents improve strength, mobility, balance, and overall quality of life.

What You'll Do:

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans

• Provide evidence-based, patient-centered therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence

• Monitor resident progress, update goals, and adjust treatment plans as appropriate

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support positive rehabilitation outcomes

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards

• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on exercises and strategies that support continued progress and independence

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Indiana

• Current BLS certification

• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the rehabilitation and interdisciplinary teams
