As a Care Manager, you will play a vital role in leading and supervising our Caregivers, ensuring the highest level of care for our clients. Responsibilities:

• Interview and conduct new hire onboarding for Caregivers

• Provide ongoing training and support to Caregivers

• Schedule staffing and manage caregiver availability

• Conduct phone calls to clients and Caregivers, as well as answer incoming calls

• Perform supervisory visits as needed

• Cover shifts as needed

• Assist with skills training classes for new hires

• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 2 years of minimum experience as a CNA or HHA

• Open availability is a must for this role

• Strong leadership and supervisory skills

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care
