About the Role:

As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Evaluating and treating patients to develop and implement individualized plans of care to improve mobility, strength, and overall functional ability

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for our residents

• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient treatment and progress

• Staying up-to-date with the latest physical therapy techniques and best practices

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to patients in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients' physical and functional abilities

• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with patients and interdisciplinary teams

• Provide education and training to patients, families, and caregivers on physical therapy techniques and best practices

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatment and progress

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy

• Current PT license in the state of Arkansas

• Minimum of 0 years of experience in physical therapy

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
