About the Role:

Aspire Senior Living New Florence is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Contract CNA (Missouri Certified) to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Contract CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality personal care services to our residents, enhancing their overall well-being and quality of life. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Monitor and report changes in resident condition, including vital signs, to the nursing staff

• Assist with feeding, hydration, and mobility tasks as needed

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of resident care

• Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure optimal resident care

• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents, staff, and visitors

Requirements:

• Current Missouri CNA certification

• Previous experience as a CNA in a long-term care setting (n/a)

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

• Commitment to providing exceptional care and customer service
