Lead RBT

AllTheWay ABA is seeking a compassionate and dedicated RBT to join our wonderful team!

Position Summary

The Lead RBT is a strong, dependable leader responsible for supporting the daily operations of the clinic while providing high-quality ABA services. This position requires someone who can take initiative, manage changing priorities, support staff, and step in wherever needed to keep the clinic running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA services and implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.

• Provide client coverage when RBTs or other staff are absent or call out.

• Help manage daily staff and client scheduling and ensure appropriate coverage.

• Support the daily flow and organization of the clinic.

• Serve as a reliable resource and role model for RBTs and clinic staff.

• Help address staffing, scheduling, and day-to-day operational needs.

• Monitor client care, documentation, safety, and adherence to treatment plans.

• Assist with training and supporting new and existing staff.

• Communicate effectively with BCBAs, RBTs, families, and clinic leadership.

• Take initiative and step in wherever needed to maintain consistent client care and clinic operations.

The ideal candidate is comfortable stepping in to cover clients when needed and can be counted on to help keep the clinic running effectively every day.
