Marketing Assistant

A growing healthcare organization is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support company-wide marketing and sales initiatives across multiple locations.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can take projects from idea to execution, manage details, coordinate with teams and vendors, and ensure deadlines are met.

Salary: $60,000–$80,000 DOE

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate marketing and sales projects from start to finish

• Develop timelines, rollout plans, and next steps

• Coordinate with internal teams, leadership, and vendors

• Manage ordering, deliveries, and project logistics

• Follow up to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time

• Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Requirements:

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Strong communication and follow-up skills

• Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently

• Strong project coordination and problem-solving skills

• Willingness and ability to travel as needed
