About the Role:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our patients on the Weekend Baylor shift, from 6 am to 6 pm, Friday to Sunday. Your dedication and expertise will enable our patients to heal, recover, and thrive. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide individualized attention, focused on each patient's unique recovery journey.

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring

• Develop and implement individualized care plans, in collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Team

• Monitor and report patient progress to the nursing staff and other healthcare professionals

• Participate in patient education and discharge planning

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements:

• Current Louisiana LPN licensure

• High school diploma or equivalent required
