About the Role:

CHE Behavioral is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Mental Health Clinician (LMHC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD) to join our team of dedicated professionals providing behavioral health services to residents of long-term care and rehabilitation centers. Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based clinical services to residents, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and therapy sessions

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Conduct mental health assessments and develop treatment plans in accordance with established standards of care

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and services rendered

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
