Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional nursing care to our residents under the supervision of a licensed RN

Document patient care and progress according to established policies and procedures

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the RN or other healthcare professionals

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the attending physician

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment in accordance with infection control and safety standards
