About the Role:

As an Evening Shift LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and supporting our team of skilled healthcare professionals. You will work a part-time schedule, with the flexibility to balance your work and personal life. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, taking vital signs, and assisting with activities of daily living

• Communicating with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions

• Participating in patient care conferences and contributing to the development of individualized care plans

• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

Requirements:

• Associate's degree in Nursing (LPN) or related field

• Current LPN licensure in the state of Florida

• Ability to work a part-time schedule, including evenings and weekends

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
