• Provide high-quality patient care and management in a fast-paced rehabilitation setting

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care

• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with residents, families, and colleagues

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to drive continuous improvement and excellence in patient care
