Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at St. John Neumann Center for Rehab and Healthcare in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a valued member of our healthcare family, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional care and support to our patients in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Provide basic nursing care, including vital sign checks, wound care, and medication administration

• Assist with meal and snack preparation, as well as maintaining a clean and safe environment

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and treatment

• Participate in resident activities and provide emotional support to enhance the overall quality of life

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Pennsylvania

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Must be able to lift, transfer, and reposition patients with assistive devices as needed

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
