Responsibilities:

• Provide basic care to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Assist patients with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and transferring

• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team

• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients

• Assist with activities of daily living, such as walking and transferring patients

• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients

• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement effective care plans

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Pennsylvania

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lift and transfer patients as needed

• Demonstrate patience, understanding, and compassion for patients and families
