Evening Operations & Resident Services Coordinator
Shift: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM

We are seeking a dependable, hands-on individual to help oversee evening operations within our skilled nursing facility. This is a highly visible position for someone who takes initiative, responds quickly, and is willing to assist wherever support is needed.

The Evening Operations & Resident Services Coordinator will help ensure that residents receive prompt attention and that the building remains clean, organized, and well-managed throughout the evening.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the facility and respond to operational concerns throughout the shift

• Ensure resident call bells are answered promptly by the appropriate staff

• Communicate resident concerns immediately to nursing or facility leadership

• Assist with housekeeping, laundry, and general building needs as necessary

• Help maintain clean and organized resident rooms and common areas

• Respond to family or visitor concerns and direct them to the appropriate department

• Follow up on outstanding tasks and ensure concerns are properly addressed

• Support staff during busy periods and help maintain a calm, positive environment

• Report significant concerns or incidents to facility leadership

• Complete evening rounds and provide a summary of any unresolved issues

Qualifications:

• Dependable, responsible, and able to work independently

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Willing to assist across different departments

• Healthcare, hospitality, environmental services, or supervisory experience preferred

• Must demonstrate professionalism, compassion, and respect for residents

• Must be able to perform the physical duties required for the position
