Job Summary:

Homestead Health Care Center is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at our Brunswick, Ohio location. As a Registered Nurse with Homestead Health Care Center, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.

We are hiring for part-time on the following shifts:

• Days (6:30am - 6:45pm)

• Nights (6:30am - 6:45pm)

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assess patients’ health needs and develop and implement care plans

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Monitor patients’ vital signs and report any changes to the appropriate staff member

• Communicate with patients and families to provide education and support

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment

• Document patients’ progress and outcomes using electronic medical records

• Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in nursing

• Participate in professional development opportunities to maintain and improve skills

Requirements:

• Current unencumbered state license as a Registered Nurse

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
