Job Summary:

CHE Behavioral is seeking talented Licensed Mental Health Professionals (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, PsyD/PhD) to join our team of dedicated mental health providers. As a leading multispecialty group of licensed professionals, we are committed to increasing access to mental health services and reducing the stigma of mental health conditions. Our team of over 600 psychiatrists, psychologists, nurse practitioners, licensed clinical social workers, counselors, and licensed marriage & family therapists work together to provide high-quality behavioral health services to residents of long-term care and rehabilitation centers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to older adults in long-term care and rehabilitation centers

• Conduct initial assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement evidence-based therapies

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement comprehensive care plans

• Participate in regular staff meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices and develop clinical skills

• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient progress and treatment

Requirements:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in a relevant mental health field (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, PsyD/PhD)

• Current licensure to practice in the state of New York

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a mental health setting

• Strong clinical skills and ability to work with older adults

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
