Dietary Aide Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, serving, and sanitation in accordance with dietary standards and regulations

• Monitor and maintain accurate records of resident diets, food intake, and special requests

• Collaborate with the dietary team to plan and prepare meals, including Bulk Tray Preparation, serving, and presenting food

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to strict sanitation and safety guidelines

• Interact with residents, families, and staff in a respectful and courteous manner

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the resident experience

Dietary Aide Requirements

• Prior experience in a similar role preferred

• Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
