Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech-language therapy sessions to diagnose, assess, and treat communication and swallowing disorders

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating current research and evidence-based practices

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless transitions and positive outcomes

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided
