About the Role:

As an Evening Shift LPN, you will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary healthcare team to provide skilled nursing care to our residents. You will be responsible for administering medications, performing vital signs, and maintaining accurate records of patient care. Your exceptional communication skills will also enable you to effectively interact with residents, families, and healthcare providers.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and perform vital signs as needed

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Provide compassionate and confidential care to residents

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers

• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with industry developments and best practices
