Director of Nursing (DON)

$130,000–$200,000/year DOE

A well-established skilled nursing organization is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead nursing operations in the Mount Kisco, NY area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily nursing operations and clinical services

• Lead, coach, and develop the nursing team

• Monitor quality, clinical outcomes, and compliance

• Maintain survey readiness and regulatory standards

• Partner with facility leadership to improve care and operations

Qualifications:

• Active New York RN license

• DON leadership experience in skilled nursing/long-term care

• Knowledge of NYS regulations and survey requirements

• Strong leadership and communication skills
