Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team at Rosewood Gardens Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Broomall, Pennsylvania. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for our patients, families, and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors to the nursing facility with a courteous and helpful attitude

• Forward phone calls to appropriate departments

• Direct visitors to the correct department or office in the facility

• Greet new admissions and provide a warm welcome to our community

• Perform various administrative tasks, including answering phones, filing, and data entry

About the Role:

As a Receptionist at Rosewood Gardens, you will be an integral part of our team, playing a key role in ensuring that our patients and families feel welcome and supported. You will work closely with our staff to provide exceptional customer service, respond to inquiries, and maintain a positive and professional atmosphere in our facility.

What We Offer:

• Competitive hourly rate: $16-$17 per hour

• Part-time schedule with every other weekend shift (8a-8p)
