NOW HIRING: Director of Rehabilitation

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Rehabilitation to join our skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate is a licensed therapist (PT, OT, or SLP) with strong leadership skills, a passion for improving patients’ quality of life, and the ability to lead a collaborative rehab team.

Director of Rehabilitation Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation department (PT, OT, SLP)

• Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care is delivered in compliance with state and federal regulations

• Supervise, mentor, and support therapy staff

• Coordinate therapy schedules and manage caseloads

• Monitor clinical outcomes, productivity, and department performance

• Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary meetings

Director of Rehabilitation Requirements:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in New Jersey

• Previous experience in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting

• Prior leadership or management experience preferred

• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
