Responsibilities:

• Assess the social and emotional needs of our residents and develop personalized care plans to address their concerns

• Provide counseling, guidance, and support to residents and their families to ensure their overall well-being

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care

• Develop and implement activities and programs to promote socialization, engagement, and mental stimulation among residents

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident interactions and care plans

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field

• Valid license to practice as a Social Worker
