Responsibilities:

• Provide light housekeeping services, including laundry, meal preparation, and general tidying, to ensure a clean and comfortable living environment for our clients

• Offer companionship and emotional support to our clients, engaging in activities such as conversation, reading, and games

• Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed

• Assist with medication reminders and management, as directed by our clients' healthcare providers

• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

• Collaborate with our team of caregivers and healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans that meet our clients' unique needs and goals

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in a healthcare or caregiving setting

• High School diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for extended periods if needed

• Reliable transportation or a valid driver's license (if applicable)

• Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
