About the Role:

As a Cook/Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals according to recipe and menu requirements, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, and collaborating with the dietary team to plan and prepare special diets and meals. You will also be expected to ensure that all food is served promptly and to the residents' satisfaction, maintain accurate records of food preparation and inventory, and assist with tray service and plating of meals.

Requirements:

• $18 - $20 HOURLY compensation package

• PART_TIME_AND_FULL_TIME schedule options to suit your lifestyle

• 3+ years of experience as a Nursing Home Cook or in a similar role preferred

• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to lift, push, and pull food carts and supplies (up to 50 pounds)
