Are you a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) looking for a rewarding opportunity on the midnight shift? Spring Mill Health Campus is seeking a dedicated LPN to join our nursing team and provide exceptional care to our residents.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care according to residents’ individualized care plans

• Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time

• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition

• Complete accurate and timely documentation in PointClickCare

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and team members

• Supervise and support CNAs during the shift

• Maintain residents’ safety, comfort, privacy, and dignity

• Follow all facility policies, clinical standards, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• Active LPN license in the State of Indiana

• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented

• Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills

• Long-term care experience preferred but not required
