Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Position Overview

As a Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll work one-on-one with clients implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA. You'll help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills while collaborating with families and clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to clients in home, school, or community settings.

• Implement treatment plans designed by supervising BCBAs.

• Accurately collect and document session data.

• Communicate professionally with families in both English and Spanish.

• Maintain client confidentiality and follow ethical RBT standards.

• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.

• Fluent in both English and Spanish.

• Experience working with children is preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Austin area.

• Ability to pass required background checks and onboarding requirements.
