We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our evening shift team at Harborview At Doylestown. About the Role:

As an LPN on our evening shift, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and support to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital signs monitoring

• Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team

• Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania

• 1+ year of experience in long-term care or rehabilitation setting

• Strong clinical knowledge and skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
