• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a post-acute rehabilitation setting

• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals

• Monitor patients' health conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and support

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation
