Job Summary

The LPN Assistant Director of Nursing assists nursing leadership with the daily operations of the nursing department and helps ensure quality resident care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the DON with nursing department operations.

• Support nursing staff and resident care.

• Monitor documentation and clinical practices.

• Assist with staffing and scheduling.

• Participate in care planning and quality improvement.

• Help address resident and family concerns.

• Assist with training and education.

• Support regulatory compliance and facility policies.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license.

• Previous long-term-care experience required/preferred.

• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
