RN (Registered Nurse)

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care to our residents and work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess resident conditions and provide appropriate nursing care.

• Administer medications and treatments.

• Develop and implement resident care plans.

• Monitor and document resident conditions.

• Communicate changes in condition to physicians and supervisors.

• Supervise nursing assistants and other staff as applicable.

• Communicate with residents and families.

• Follow infection-control, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Current RN license.

• Long-term-care experience preferred.

• Strong clinical and communication skills.

• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.
